The owner David Watkins, has been actively involved within the estate agency industry since 1981, maintaining managerial positions from 1984 before creating a new and exciting independent property brokerage with a refreshing approach to real estate agency, in 1997.

DW & Co Property Brokers were launched in July 1997 and the prime objective of the business was to offer a quality bespoke sales service, charging vendors a fair and flat fee on a no-sale no-fee basis.

DW & Co wanted to be able to offer property vendors an alternative to traditional agency fees without compromising commercial success or the quality of service that would be offered to customers.
